The Economic Competition Authority helps businesses with information on on-site research
The Economic Competition Authority (GVH) published a prospectus to provide guidance on the conduct of on-site research, its legal background, and the rights and obligations of the parties to businesses.
The authority is primarily trying to provide support to small and medium-sized enterprises, as more and more on-site research is carried out on these types of businesses.
