BKK targets gamers in its latest campaign
The Budapest Transport Center invites young gamers to play in its latest campaign. In August, student passes purchased with a Mastercard card in the BudapestGO app will not only allow you to travel, but you can also win an Xbox, Playstation or Nintendo Switch 2. BKK has also created a thematic Spotify list for the campaign, so that the musical background also helps with the virtual adventure.
The aim of the Budapest Transport Center’s campaign titled “This is not a side guest” is to encourage students to use public transport and BudapestGO with gamification and valuable prizes as the school year approaches.
During the campaign period, throughout August, student passes purchased with a Mastercard bank card in the BudapestGO app will be eligible to win a Microsoft Xbox Series X 1, a PlayStation 5 Slim Digital or a Nintendo Switch 2 as the grand prize. In addition, the company is raffling off 25 annual ESD Xbox Game Pass subscriptions and 25 ESD PS gift cards worth 25,000 forints. Anyone who purchases a season ticket during the game and registers by September 2nd will automatically be entered into the draw.
BKK has also created a gaming-themed Spotify playlist for the campaign, so it’s easy to tune in to the game while traveling.
Further details and game rules are available on the campaign website.
