The Foxpost package automatic operating company acquired its competitor
Two Hungarians, package automatic operating companies will merge, after the Foxpost Zrt. acquired thus became the 100 percent owner of the Webox Hungary Kft. – Foxpost told MTI on Thursday.
The purchase price, in reference to business secrets, was not disclosed.
Bengyel Ádám, one of the founders of Foxpost Zrt. the company's CEO emphasized in a communication that after the sale and purchase, the new owner will begin the optimization and integration of the two networks in order to attract more users to have access to the innovative package sending and reception system.
