The Consumer Confidence Index improved to 61 points from 58 in a half year
The Consumer Confidence Index improved this spring in Hungary. Though is still lower than before the crisis – states Nielsen’s Global Consumer Index Research in 54 countries, in March-April.
Among the examined 54 countries, the Consumer Confidence Index is the highest in India (127), Indonesia (116) and in Norway (115). Thus, the Nordic country leads the list in Europe.
In Europe, after Norway, the Netherlands, has the highest index ranking (94). Sweden and Denmark both stand on 93 points follows by Switzerland with 92 points.
