Men have a better time at their workplace than women
Two-thirds of Hungarian employees are not considering a change of workplace, however not all of them are satisfied with their job situation – a survey by KutatóCEntrum and MASMI Hungary Market Research Institute pointed out.
Most critical tone of voices are associated with wages and chance to develop, but most issues linked to direct bosses and daily tasks proved to be satisfactory by workers. 64 percent of those asked are in the opinion that they have no facilities to improve themselves, so they do not really consider a real job change. 55 percent, on the other hand believes that a change og job would be too muvh of a hassle, therefore they decode to wait. It was also found, that it is women in the first place who feel bad about their wages and chances of improvment.
