Mórahalom received prestigious international recognition for sustainable tourism development
Mórahalom has won one of the world’s most significant sustainable tourism awards, the Best Tourism Villages title – the municipality informed MTI.

Tourism development, cooperation between local actors, as well as conscious management and long-term strategic thinking played an important role. The assessment also covered infrastructure, accessibility, and ensuring the health, safety and protection of guests and locals.
