Sustainable gastronomy will be the main theme of the METRO forum
Forum and Award Ceremony, which will take place on June 11, one week before the Day of Sustainable Gastronomy, at the METRO Gastronomy Academy in Budaörs.
This time, the main topic of the forum is the macroeconomic environment that provides the background for the sustainable gastronomic revolution, with particular regard to the challenges of meeting the expectations of different generations. At the forum, among others, generational researcher Krisztián Steigervald and gastropsychologist Dr. Attila Forgács will help prepare to welcome future guests, but sustainable hotel industry and socially sustainable catering will also be discussed.
The highlight of the event this year will be the presentation of the Sustainable Gastronomy Awards, awarded in three categories – person, restaurant and organization.
