The year 2023 of the construction industry will be about renovation at the company level
This year, almost every family is forced to rethink their household’s energy consumption. According to Wavin, due to rising prices and the uncertain economic situation, 2023 may be about energy renovations instead of construction. However, you don’t have to make an absolutely expensive investment or wait for spring to make your home more energy efficient, as there are smart solutions that can be implemented even in the coldest weather, without tearing the apartment apart.
With the help of a building energy efficiency expert, we took into account the renovations that can be carried out even in winter.
Let’s insulate wherever possible! Of the unrenovated buildings, especially the so-called Heat easily escapes from tin cubes. We can even keep the heat in the apartment with a simple idea such as shorter, thicker curtains.
Let’s regulate the heating effectively! Smart solutions significantly increase the energy efficiency of buildings, yet they often require minimal investment. There are, for example, smart radiator thermostats that can be used to connect radiator-heated rooms to the building’s control, and even combine radiator and surface heating options, or, if necessary, control floor heating afterwards. The thermostats work with only 3 AA type batteries, so they can be installed without any kind of dismantling or electrical wiring.
