Supervised pesticide registration is the basis of food chain safety
An important element of the food chain safety is plant and soil protection, especially the pesticide registration – among others it was also the subject of the conference of the Central and Eastern European pesticide licensing authorities, held on Monday, in Budapest – the Ministry of Rural Development told MTI.
The communication of the Ministry of Rural Development informs that the participants of the CEUREG Forum discussed about the European Union’s pesticide registration system, as well as about the solutions to stop bee mortality, about pesticide counterfeiting and about the illegal trade in pesticides.
