The Responsible Gas Foundation and WWF Hungary are launching a joint campaign
In a joint campaign, the Responsible Gas Foundation and WWF Hungary draw attention to the importance of the relationship between biological diversity and food production.x
The “Diversity from the Farmland to the Plate” campaign covers the topic for four weeks and shows us how food production and biodiversity are connected through the different stages of food production. We will learn how the quality of our food depends on the diversity of soil life, and we will get to know producers who produce our food sustainably in different ways, but supporting diversity. During the campaign, we can also get tips and information about where to get colorful ingredients, which ones should be used for what, and how the content value of our everyday food has changed.
In addition to the online content, you can also taste the diversity at the Sustainable Restaurants certified by the Responsible Gas Foundation. In October, at the participating restaurants, we will be able to taste several varieties of the same ingredient in one course, thereby gaining inspiration for home cooking and the use of diverse and seasonal ingredients. The list of participating restaurants and the dishes can be found on the social pages of Feleluos Gastrohős, and the materials of the campaign on the social pages and blogs of WWF Hungary and Feleluňs Gastrohős.
