It showed how to make real, fresh and quality tea, while remaining the dedicated supporter of the environment and the planet. by pairing the finest quality tea and food a straight way lead to the world of gastronomy, so in 2009 the Dilmah created the Dilmah Tea School to demonstrate the making of quality tea, tea consumption and the role of the tea in the gastronomy in a unique way.
