Danish Arla is present in almost every continent of the world – except Australia and New Zealand – and deals with the production of a wide variety of dairy products. Almost 200 democratically elected producers are represented by the international giant company, which is today the fifth largest dairy company in the world. The producers who joined the company produce almost 14 million tons of milk annually, accounting for about one tenth of the total milk output in Europe (150 million tons) and ten times of the Hungarian production (1.5 million tons / year).
