For the competition announced by the Csongrád-Csanád County Municipality, new, creative creations were expected from the entrant confectioners, in which the characteristic fruits, vegetables and spices of the region play a major role. Nine entries were received for the professional competition. The jury selected four of these, which the competitors had to prepare in the second round before the professionals. At this point, the members of the jury also checked the technology and the exact adherence to the recipes. (MTI)
