Coca-Cola Hungary will use more lighter and more environmentally friendly bottles
Coca-Cola Hungary will reduce the weight of its plastic bottles by 20 percent and increase their recycled raw material content to 40 percent by 2020 – the company told MTI on Thursday.
According to the information, the soft drink manaufacturer will spend 500 million HUF in its soon-to-be completed program to introduce innovative, environmentally friendly packaging technologies.
As a result of the measures, the amount of plastic used by the company is reduced by 4 percent. (MTI)
