Coca-Cola would acquire the North American bottlers
The Coca Cola Company plans to purchase North American soft drinks bottling plants, that are belonging to the company. The 15 billion USD deal indicates a shift in the company's strategy.
The world's largest soft drinks manufacturer would take the franchised bottling and distribution Coca Cola Enterprises Inc. under control. According to the sources; the North American departments would be melt down, the Western European plants would remain independent – reports MTI.
