Majority of company heads say things won’t be back to normal before 2022
According to the 2021 KPMG CEO Outlook Pulse survey – which also provides information on the third wave of the pandemic – 45 percent of executives think that business operations will only be back to normal in 2022. However, 31 percent said this will already happen this year. 24 percent of managers opined: the changes generated by the pandemic will stay in their business practices.
The ESG (environmental, social and governance) business model for managing companies is becoming important. 49 percent of CEOs plan to introduce stricter ESG practices and 96 percent wish to put more emphasis on the social element of ESG programmes. //
