One third of the companies plans Cafeteria decrease
According to the research of DGS Global Research; Thirty-one percent of the employers would reduce employee fringe benefits for next year. Only 15 percent of the companies plan an average 10.65 percent increase.
According to Dara Péter, Executive Director of DGS Global Research; the currently available information indicates that the tax and social contribution benefits will terminated, which have helped the application of fringe benefits. The survey reveals that 31 percent of the companies would reduce the cafeteria for next year, at an average of 24 percent – reports MTI-Eco.
