Beyond Meat partners with McDonald’s to offer plant-based chicken nuggets in France
In France McDonald’s has launched a new plant-based product in collaboration with Beyond Meat: Veggie McPlant Nuggets are now available in 1,560 restaurants across the country. Made from pea protein, the new chicken nuggets have a wheat and cornflour breading and are available at the same price as the traditional Chicken McNuggets. McDonald’s has previously offered meat-free products in France, but typically in limited editions and in non-vegan form.
