Shopping carts dirtier than public toilets
An American study found that shopping carts are dirtier, meaning more contaminants can be found on them than in an average public toilet.
A recent study showed shocking figures about the contamination of shopping carts – reports Daily Mail. Researchers of the Arizona University tested 85 shopping carts in four U.S. states. The researchers found faeces germs on 72 percent of the examined shopping carts and traces of coliform bacterias on 50 percent of them – reports penzcentrum.hu.
