A further increase in wages is expected by analysts interviewed by MTI, who foresee that household consumption will be the driving force of economic growth.
According to data published on Friday by the Central Statistical Office (KSH), the gross average earnings in June were 5.7 percent higher than a year earlier, while the net average wages increased by 7.3 percent due to changes in the personal income tax rules. (MTI)
