Penny turned up in the city centre
Penny Market operates nearly 200 stores in Hungary. Penny Market lists about 1,400 SKUs in Hungarian stores and last year the discounter opened its first unit in a downtown location. 60 percent of their private label products are made in Hungary and every day Penny stores receive fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and baked goods. The company has dynamic expansion plans for 2014. In September 2014 Penny Market Kft. will start its dual store manager training programme, the goal of which is to give the kind of theoretical and practical knowledge to students that meet Penny’s professional requirements. Penny Market will offer jobs to those who pass the final exam.
