Balogh Tészta bought DURILLO
The DURILLO durum dry pasta brand changed hands, so it was transferred from Cerbona Zrt to Balogh Tészta Zrt in April this year.
The brand is well known to the new owner, as it has been produced in its factory in Tiszakécske for the past 8 years in contract production. After the acquisition, the repositioning of the traditional DURILLO brand, the increase of domestic distribution, export sales, and entering the HoReCa market can also begin. As part of the repositioning, the packaging of the products will be renewed, the design will be cleaner, and the packaging will be stand-up, upright and resealable.
The DURILLO 500g product line is also expanding with a new format (Linguine). They use low unit/carton packaging (12 units/carton) and, for cost-effective, fast merchandising, offer tray logistics.
The DURILLO 5 kg durum product line consists of 15 product formats and will appear on the HoReCa market in June 2023.
