A new level of gastronomy at Lake Balaton
The hospitality industry at Lake Balaton and vocational training are facing major changes: the region’s gastronomy is to be raised to a higher level, while the challenges posed by seasonality – in particular labour shortage and the lack of skilled workers – are to be addressed.
