9 tips for more attractive stores
Ron Lutz, executive vice president of retail experience company Miller Zell collected those methods in an article for Retail Customer Experience that can make stores more spectacular for shoppers. His nine tips included so-called hybrid spaces (e.g. Toyota exhibited vehicles in a café), placing special installations in shop windows instead of products, products forming part of sales area design, minimalist store design puts products in the limelight, the key role of lighting and using digital innovations in-store. //
