Difference increased in consumption
According to the Central Statistical Office’s data on consumption, the difference between the citizens of Budapest and the rural people has increased enormously in the beginning of the year – Népszabadság Online wrote after Blokk.com retail trade portal.
In early 2016, a strange thing happened at quite a few rural areas: retail sales suddenly started to fall (compared to the same period of 2015), and was significantly lower compared with the performance of the central region and compared with the traditionally richer Győr-Moson-Sopron and Vas counties.
