Revenue from OTC products increased to 77 billion HUF in the first half of the year
The retail sales of nonprescripted products (OTC products), increased by 7 percent to about 77 billion HUF during the first half of this year compared to last January-June – om the basis of the research of the Nielsen consumer information and knowledge services company.
The sales of probiotics increased outstandingly, by 22 percent in the past two half years, while at meal replacement formulas the increase was 18 percent. The retail sales of anti-flatulence drugs the increase was 17 percent – Osztoics Bernadett, the Nielsen’s Client Service Director informs.
