700 thousand users, 2 million transfers per month in K&H’s mobile bank
In January, seven hundred thousand mobile banking customers used K&H’s award-winning app. Last year, the mobile banking app won the Digital Innovator UX 2024 award for digitally leading banks. Users make two million transfers per month in the app, and according to their own evaluations, they like and enjoy using the app. Kate is also increasing the popularity of the mobile bank, as K&H’s 24-hour digital assistant has two hundred functions, making it much more convenient for the bank’s and insurance customers to manage their finances.
K&H’s mobile app reached a significant milestone in January: seven hundred thousand customers are already actively using the app. The number of users has been growing steadily: in 2018, only 130,000 people used it, in 2020, there were 300,000, after which the number of users increased by 100,000 per year, and now, at the beginning of 2025, there are already 700,000 actively banking in the K&H mobile application. The average number of logins per customer reaches almost twenty per month, which indicates that the average mobile banker uses the application almost daily. In addition, taking into account the use of payment solutions such as mobile wallet payments, the use of the application is even higher.
The bank’s customers make a total of 2.5 million transactions per month, of which they use the mobile application most often for remittances: on average, more than two million financial transfers are made in the app per month. The second most frequently performed operation is card limit changes, of which users make well over 200,000 per month. The number of direct bank calls initiated from the mobile bank – which is completely secure and does not require separate identification – is nearly 25 thousand per month. The most popular functions include check transfers and mobile card top-ups. The functions in the K&H mobile application are constantly increasing, not only banking matters, but also insurance-related contracts and administration can be carried out, and administrative functions such as ticket purchase, partner registration, and parking start are also very popular.
