Tips for working from home
The AFP News Agency estimates that nearly 1 billion people from 50 countries have recently been asked to work from home, and that number is growing day by day. For many companies and even more workers, this is a new situation that faces unknown challenges. Prohuman, Hungary’s leading HR services and hiring company, has compiled the most important information on the specific issues of working from home.
Working from home is not telework
“It’s important to separate the concept of home office from home telework. While teleworking is based on a long-term employment contract, regulated by the Labor Code and specifically designed for this purpose, work at home is not legally regulated at present, is mostly occasional and subject to normal employment relationships; “- Juhász Csongor, Managing Director of Prohuman said.
