Futureal issued 55 billion HUF in green bonds
Thanks to the Growth Bond Program (NKP) of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, the Futureal Development Holding Ingatlanforgalmazó Kft. issued its first, at the same time outstandingly successful green bond issue in its history.
The company’s bond package with a nominal value of 50 billion HUF received an offer with an exchange rate of 59.92 billion HUF. In total, Futureal sold bonds with a nominal value of 55 billion HUF, which is one of the largest issues of NKP. The group is currently working on domestic development with a gross area of more than 1 million square meters.
