Scitec donates 5 million to help those working in the front lines
Scitec, a sports nutrition supplement manufacturer, has launched a large-scale sponsorship program reflecting on the coronavirus situation. With its products, I want to help those who need it most: those who can’t stay home because they work to make the country work, or quite simply have no way to get the vitamins and minerals they need for a balanced diet on their own.
One of the main groups supported is the National Ambulance Service, for whom Scitec has offered tens of thousands of energy slices and energizing drinks. The donation worth nearly HUF 5 million was received by Pál Győrfi, Communications Director, on behalf of the National Ambulance Service, while Balázs Baji, a World Championship bronze medalist, also assisted in handing over the product support.
“Ambulance workers can’t afford to stay home, work naturally and rescue patients: they are on the front line of the epidemic. That is why supporting Scitec is a very useful and good thing, ”said Pál Győrfi, Communications Director of the National Ambulance Service.
“In the current emergency, there are those who travel every day to help others: paramount are the ambulances who protect us with their sacrificial work. I am proud of Scitec for supporting them with energizing drinks and energy slices, ”said Balázs Baji, world champion bronze medalist.
