Nearly 400 forints euro: medical aid distributors ask the government to amend the Pharmaceutical Economy Act
The 800,000 Hungarian patients who are entitled to use social security-supported medical aids for the treatment of their permanent or temporary disability need urgent intervention on the part of the Government. The assistance system currently funded by the National Health Insurance Fund Manager is unsustainable with a minimum wage of close to HUF 400 and a guaranteed minimum wage of HUF 260,000– the largest Hungarian medical aid (gyse) professional organization, the Distributors for Health Association (FESZ) draws attention to.
