The Kopint-Tárki is expecting a 3.7 percent economic growth
The Kopint-Tárki Konjunktúrakutató Intézet Zrt. increased its forecast for this year’s GDP growth from 3.2 percent to 3.7 percent. The business climate research institute expects a 3.2 percent economic growth in 2018, according to its latest business report that was published on Tuesday.
The trade surplus increased to a record level last year, to 9.9 billion euros, but will decline this year, after exports are expected to expand by 6.8 percent, while imports by 8.4 percent. For next year a 7.1 percent increase is expected in imports and a 6 percent increase is expected in exports. (MTI)
