Mondelez’s Székesfehérvár factory is 30 years old

The Mondelēz factory in Székesfehérvár celebrates its thirtieth anniversary this year. For three decades, the factory has been producing chocolates and biscuits that are popular throughout Hungary and Europe, such as Milka, Pilot biscuits, TUC, Vaníliás Karika and OREO. The products manufactured in Székesfehérvár are popular not only in Hungary, but also on the continent – including in Austria, Belgium and France.

The factory currently employs more than 500 people, and development is ongoing: the solar park that covers a significant part of the factory’s energy needs in a sustainable way was recently handed over.

The factory’s birthday was celebrated together with the employees, where Dominik Boguslawski, the factory director, said: he is proud to be running a plant that has been operating successfully for thirty years, Mondelēz has long-term plans in Hungary, and is committed to the city of Székesfehérvár, where they have found a true home.
