Budapest restaurant Arany Kaviár celebrates its 25th birthday. What once used to be a ‘small pearl’ is now
a place that seats more than 50 guests and has a stylish garden section as well. The kitchen is supervised by head chef László Kanász and uses only the best ingredients, applying the latest technologies but aiming at simplicity and harmony. From the exciting new dishes and menus the restaurant is most proud of the fish-oriented Prestige menu.
