Danone donated 210,000 bottles of Actimel to elderly people in need
A total of 210,000 bottles of Actimel donations were collected in the joint “Together Stronger” campaigns of Actimel and the Hungarian Food Bank Association at the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021. The offer this time supported the strengthening of the immune system of the elderly who are pat articular risk during the pandemic period.
Danone, as one of the Food Bank’s key cooperating partners, has been helping the disadvantaged with product donations for almost two decades. Last year, in addition to its nearly 40-ton, regular product donation, Danone also launched a new charity campaign in late 2020 and repeated it in early 2021.
