Internet of Things market to reach $20B by 2030
The global IoT operating systems market will grow from $635 million to $20 billion by 2030, according to a report by Transparency Market Research.
From 2020 to 2030, the market will grow at a compound annual growth rate of 38%. Some drivers of the market include increased adoption in healthcare due to COVID-19 and deeper penetration of Linux in retail, logistics and manufacturing.
The healthcare segment will hold the dominate market share during the forecasted period, but the support and maintenance segment will also see a high CAGR, according to the report.
