2024 Metro Chef wanted!

This year, the METRO Gastro Academy is once again the home of the Free Chef of the Year competition organized by Csak a Mentes. The measurement of safe, allergen- and sugar-free, vegan delicacies will take place for the 6th time. The finals on February 13 will be preceded by live qualifiers in two categories (amateur, professional).

All the dishes and desserts prepared in the competition are gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free and vegan. The goal of the Chef of the Year competition is to draw attention to the importance of allergen-free, healthy nutrition, and to show that it is possible to eat deliciously and variedly without allergens. The participants prepare their free dishes using alternative ingredients, so the creation is a real creative experience for them.
