2024: a year of challenges and successes for Fán Group
The year 2024 was a very complex and challenging year for Fán Group, managing director Csaba Kanizsai Tóth told our magazine. In the first half of 2024 the food market didn’t start as expected. Besides inflation and declining consumer confidence, competition intensified, creating new challenges for companies.
Successful investments and developments
Throughout the year Fán Group made a number of important investments (buying trucks, building solar power plants) and realised development projects (IT) that fundamentally strengthen its long-term strategy. The focus has been on expanding supply chain capacity, digitalisation and sustainability projects, automation and technological innovation. The group also signed new partnership agreements. One of the main events of 2024 was the National Conference in Siófok, which was a highlight not only for Fán Group, but also for its strategic manufacturers. The event was a great opportunity to showcase the latest developments, products and future plans.

Although the group had to face major challenges in 2024, it continued to search for new ways to evolve and grow. Plans for the coming year include expanding the use of digital and AI solutions to maintain competitiveness and preserve the market leader position. Fán Group has prepared for the challenges of the future and moves forward with strength: they are ready to be even more successful in 2025.
Fán Group looks forward to another year full of new opportunities and to building an even stronger future together! (x)
