Azt régóta tudjuk, hogy sikeres vállalkozás ma már nem létezhet hatékony online jelenlét nélkül, de a világjárvány hazánkban is példátlan e-commerce robbanást hozott magával: 2021 első félévében 30%-os bővülés mellett bruttó 494 milliárd forintos belföldi forgalmat bonyolított a magyar online kiskereskedelmi piac. A képlet tehát egyszerű, de korántsem olyan könnyű kitalálni, mire harapnak a vásárlók az egymással versengő webáruházak zajában.
