In 2021, the Śnieżka Group focused its efforts on transformation and investment– introducing a new operating model, improving its logistics processes and digitalisation. In the meantime, it has also faced a number of market challenges that have affected its results. Due to the armed conflict in Ukraine, the Śnieżka Board of Directors is focused on strengthening its position in key markets and limiting its spending.
