Századvég forecasts a GDP growth of 3.9 percent for 2019 and 3.5 percent for 2020
Századvég did not change its forecast compared to its December forecast. GDP is expected to grow by 3.9 percent this year and by 3.5 percent in 2020 – the researcher told MTI on Wednesday.
According to the forecast, household consumption expenditure is expected to increase further in both years by 4.7 percent in 2019 and by 5.0 percent in 2020. The latter has already taken the economic stimulus effects of the family protection action plan into account, which appear primarily through higher consumption. (MTI)
