The new mall in Buda will be ready for 2012

The preparation of the Hegyvidék Központ, that situates at the Apor Vilmos suare 12th district has been started. The tearing down of the old mall and the building of the new one soon to be started. The handing over is expected to be in 2012.

In the multifunctional development of the 6200 square meters of leasable area the supermarket will occupy 1000 square meters, hospitality 500 square meters, and other stores will occupy 3,500 square meters.
