Hilton Residence Buda Hills in 2010

In the fourth Hilton property guests will have enjoy the 120 apartaments, lobby bar and gym facility.

Hilton Hotels Corporation has signed a management agreement with real
estate developer Rupphegyi Kft to open the new Hilton Residence Buda Hills  near to Budapest in Budaörs. The new hotel
will be located in the Budaörs commercial district and will form part of a new
multi-purpose development comprising restaurants, a business park and private
residential homes.
The move reflects the hotel group's ongoing expansion across Europe and will
complement Hilton's two existing Hungarian hotels – Hilton Budapest and Hilton
Budapest West End. A third property, the 216-room Hilton Visegrad, is due to
open in January 2009.
