Animal breeders will receive 20 billion HUF support this year
In 2011 the swine and poultry sector will receive a total of 20 billion HUF from the Hungarian state -said Feldman Zsolt, Deputy Secretary of State, of the Ministry of Rural Development (VM) at the conference of the Livestock and Meat Marketing and Interprofessional Organisation (VHT).
The Deputy Secretary told, that half of the 20 billion can be claimed, linked to animal welfare measures, slightly more than 7 billion will be used to prevent and cure diseases, about 2.5 billion HUF will be given to animal waste removal and disposal costs, while the ministry will prrovide 750 million HUF to support other animal breeding tasks – reports szabadfold.hu.
