Kométa launching 2 billion HUF investment
Kométa 99 inaugurated a 2 billion HUF salami curing plant and a renovated slaughterhouse at its base in Kaposvár. CEO Giacomo Pedranzini pointed out that the company had made investments of more than 8 billion HUF in the past ten years. Rural Development Ministry state secretary Endre Kardeván, who participated in the ceremony, said Kométa 99's headcount is 600, making it one of the biggest employers in Kaposvár and in Somogy County.
