Lidl opened its 153rd store in Hungary
Lidl opened its 153rd store in Hungary on August 16, Monday in Gödölő Hungary, under Ottó Ferenc street 2-4. The store awaits its customers on 1,286 square meters with a wide range of products. The parking lot of the store has 164 car parking spaces.
On the opening day of a number of local actions, various gifts and surprises are waiting for those who are living in the area. In the new store more than 1,400 different products are available, many of which are popular private label products. These quality-controlled products were exclusively developed for Lidl by well-known Hungarian and foreign manufacturers. These products have particularly favorable price-value ratio.
Lidl appeared on the Hungarian market in 2004, when opened its first logistics center and 12 stores. Today, it has 153 stores across the country, three logistics centers (Székesfehérvár, Hejőkürt, Szigetszentmiklós) and more than 3,000 employees.
