The Nébih has checked 1,500 tons of food since the start of ekáer
The experts of the government agencies and the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) carried out the controls of 1,500 tons of food products at more than 100 consignments, since the start of ekáer – the Nébih told MTI on Thursday.
According to the communication, actions had to be taken in 65 cases and 14,921 kilograms of products were ordered to be destructed immediately. Among others about 2,000 kilograms of cauliflower and more than 12,000 kilograms of citrus fruits (oranges and tangerines) were prevented from reaching the consumers in recent months. (MTI)
