HUF 15 million fine for Tesco
The National Communications Authority, Hungary (NCAH) imposed a penalty for Tesco, because it sold, against the prohibition, such radio equipments, wich were not comply with requirements.
NCAH controlled the Technika TA719
radio equipment in 2008 sommer. The authority noted, that the
equipment dosn't fitt to Hungarian expectation. The authority asked
Tesco to give up selling this products, but in frame of a supplementary control it determinded that the retailer disregard authority's
disable.
