Amazon wants to create 15,000 new jobs
The company is dramatically expanding its presence in its hometown, Seattle. in Bellevue the company increases its workforce by 15,000, while the district currently employs 2,000 people – origo wrote after Business Insider.
The new jobs will be spread across several divisions, including Amazon Web Services and Project Kuiper, the company’s Internet satellite initiative, a spokesman said.
Amazon currently advertises about 700 open positions in Bellevue, while the Seattle headquarters is officially seeking 10,000 positions. (origo)
