More than 140 million tonnes of wheat yield is expected in the EU

The Strategie Grains, the leading French cereal industry analyst company has raised its forecast about this year's soft wheat yields in the EU.

The Strategie Grains expects that in the EU-28 a total of 140.5 million tonnes of soft wheat will be harvested. That's one million tonnes more than the company forecasted earlier in June and 4 percent higher than last year's yield.
